Booking Process for India Volunteer Program with Sankalp

Fill out online application form by choosing an appropriate option from below;

You can submit application without any deposit and once your application is approved, you will receive a payment request to deposit registration/application fee USD $210 to secure your place on the program. Once your registration/application fee has been deposited into our bank account you will receive an email acknowledging your booking and confirming the place, program and date you are volunteering for. We will send you a payment request email 45-30 days prior to your program start date to deposit program fee**. Once your program fee has been deposited into our bank account you will receive an confirmation email for the same as well as we will send you an Information booklet detailing (Hand Book) everything you need to need to know about your impending volunteer placement relevant to your volunteer program and fulfill all remaining administration duties with you.

 

This option secure you palace on the program immediatley, as a registration/application fee deposit of $210 is required to confirm your booking with Sankalp*. If you are applying for a program less then 20 days prior to program start date then it’s recommended to deposit your complete program fee*. Once your complete program fee has been deposited into our bank account you will receive an email acknowledging your booking and confirming the place, program and date you are volunteering for as well as we will send you an information booklet (Hand Book) detailing everything you need to need to know about your impending volunteer placement relevant to your volunteer program and fulfill all remaining administration duties with you.

*You will receive refund on your application and program fee if you are not accepted to the program, if the placement is full or if we cannot fit your project to your dates.
**The program fee must be reached to us at least 20 days prior to your program commencing date; so that we can manage the best for you.
